Would you like to enjoy a truly unique dinner during your stay? Mongolian cuisine may seem simple at first, but that is exactly what makes it so fascinating. Discover surprisingly creative dishes inspired by nomadic traditions and influences from regions such as China and Tibet. While meat and dairy traditionally play a central role in Mongolian cooking, we have been giving these classic dishes a fully plant-based twist for more than 10 years. Taste modern interpretations of traditional Mongolian cuisine and experience a special part of Saran’s culture through food, hospitality, and storytelling.
Please note: Our prices reflect the fresh organic ingredients we carefully source, as well as the time-intensive preparation of traditional Mongolian dishes, which often takes three to four hours to prepare. Everything is made fresh with care, passion, and love for sharing our culture.
The perfect way to discover a variety of delicious Mongolian dishes in one experience. For two people (and optionally one child sharing):1 × tsuivan, 8 × bansh, 4 × buuz, 4 × khuushuur, potato salad, beet salad, cabbage salad, and spicy cucumber salad.

Traditional steamed dumplings filled with a mixture of vegetables, herbs, and plant-based minced meat. Served with Mongolian-style Russian potato salad and spicy cucumber salad.
Crispy fried pastries filled with various vegetables, herbs, and plant-based minced meat. Served with Mongolian-style carrot and cabbage salad and spicy cucumber salad.
Similar to “buuz,” but smaller in size and lightly pan-fried until crispy — which is where the English name “potstickers” comes from. Filled with various vegetables, herbs, and plant-based minced meat. Served with Mongolian-style Russian beet salad and spicy cucumber salad.
Homemade hand-cut noodles prepared with various vegetables and herbs. Served with Mongolian-style carrot and cabbage salad and a spicy cucumber salad.
Our breakfast includes freshly baked yogurt cookies (“Boortsog”), sweet Mongolian flatbread (“Gambir”), fresh fruit juice, jam, and yogurt with muesli and fresh fruit. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you would like breakfast, as everything is freshly prepared.
